It was warmer in the past when CO2 was lower. How could that happen if CO2 is the driving force behind rising temperatures. 

Obviously, rising CO2 is NOT the climate change culprit. 

There is no need for an assault on our emissions.  In fact, rising CO2 is beneficial as the planet has been greening and crops have been increasing as CO2 has risen.

CO2 is clean and green. We owe CO2 an apology.
