It is no longer global warming because it isn't.

It is climate change because it does.

Men are never so likely to settle a question rightly as when they discuss it freely.

— Thomas B. Macaulay (1800-1859), Essay on Southey's Colloquies

All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

Letter to Professor Brown

Professor Donald Brown of Penn State offered the following analysis.

Here is my email to Professor Brown:

Dear Professor Brown: there is much room for disagreement within climate science. It is not settled. You can find many predictions for an Ice Free Arctic. Nobody knows. But I would bet that they are all wrong. Same for tipping points. Which scientist has the correct date? My bet: none of them. The connection between CO2 and accelerating temperatures is unproven. In fact, it is disproven again and again.

Let's talk ethics. Ethics is a subject for both sides of the climate change issue. Climategate: heard of it??
Is this ethical??
FACT:  In a 1996 report by the UN on global warming, two statements were deleted from the final draft. Here they are:
1) "None of the studies cited above has shown clear evidence that we can attribute the observed climate changes to increases in greenhouse gases."
2) "No study to date has positively attributed all or part of the climate change to man–made causes"

Rebuttal: have you read? Will you??

Climate 'science' has become so corrupt that Canada is getting out of Kyoto. Is the IPCC next? And we are going to build the Northern Gateway pipeline. President Obama's decision to delay the XL pipeline will singlehandedly sink his presidency.

Have fun. We do.

Sincerely yours,
