When asked for evidence of climate change people will often mention the recent movement of animals in one direction or another. The Armadillo moves north when its territory is warming or south when it is feeling the cold. This noticeable alteration in habitat suggests that climate change is cyclical which is not a hard conclusion to draw as many areas of the planet have experienced periodic warmings and coolings.

What warmists allege is different now is that the heat trapping GHG, carbon dioxide(CO2), which is emitted as a result of our burning of fossil fuels is tilting the world toward permanent warming. Therefore dangerous global warming must be stopped or we will all fry. The way to do this is to drastically reduce of CO2 emissions to curtail the warming. Skeptical scientists think that the effect of CO2 is so minor that it cannot overrule the planetary causes of cyclical climate change which they say are driven by our sun.
Credence for the skeptical view comes from the realization that Mother Nature has already performed the experiment for us. In the past scientists tell us that our planet has existed with an atmosphere composed of 10 to 20 times as much CO2 as we now observe in our atmosphere without a tipping point to runaway global warming. This bit of good news should reassure any warmist that the effect of CO2 on our climate is negligible.
Recent warming has slowed to a crawl whereas our CO2 emissions continue to accrue. This result bears out the idea that CO2 does not drive temperature to any meaningful degree, if at all.
With the dawn of Donald Trump, a skeptical observer of man made climate change, as President of the USA, dissenting views may find a more prominent place among the pages and broadcasts of the MSM.
Recent research has exposed many of the phony narratives of the climate alarmist movement.
Apparently, the concomitant fears of Dangerous Manmade Global Warming have been exaggerated for monetary benefit of the perpetrators.
If, in the years to come, the MSM pursue an open debate in its pages and broadcasts perhaps the air will be let out of the ‘hot air’ balloon that is dangerous manmade global warming. There is another story that needs to be told.
CO2 is GREEN. Don’t we all want a GREENER world?
