It is no longer global warming because it isn't.

It is climate change because it does.

Men are never so likely to settle a question rightly as when they discuss it freely.

— Thomas B. Macaulay (1800-1859), Essay on Southey's Colloquies

All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

The Amazing Kerry

Johnny Carson used to play Carnac The Magnificent on the Late Night Show. He would hold an envelope to his forehead and provide a silly answer to the unknown question inside. People who predict when the Arctic will become ice free are the real life incarnation of Carnac. It was John Kerry’s turn this year (among others).

the Arctic will be ice-free in the summer of 2013
- John Kerry, US Secretary of State

Well, that didn’t work out very well for Kerry.

“I am amazed after all these years that we’re still struggling here in a very educated country to get a lot of people to embrace and understand why this is not a matter of theory, a matter of mere policy, but a matter of urgency for life itself on the planet as we know it.” ~John Kerry

Maybe people aren’t as stupid as you think, John because they live in a very educated country.
It could be you who does not understand what is going on with the climate.

"The only thing more dangerous than ignorance is arrogance."
—Albert Einstein

John Kerry has both.
