CO2 as Witch not a Switch

CO2 is blamed for all kinds of things because it is believed to be a heat trapping gas that due to its rising concentration in our atmosphere due to the human burning if fossil fuels is causing catastropic anthropogenic global warming (CAGW). It is believed to be the switch that controls the atmospheric temperature of the Earth. CO2 is global warming. Except the globe isn't warming.

During the witch hunts of past centuries in Europe and North America people were branded as witches and blamed for all the evil that occurred in a town. Fear gripped communities and when the meme of the witch was offered as a scapegoat the misfits and those who were just different often got accused of witchcraft.

CO2 has morphed into our modern witch.

CO2 was exhaled during the creation of this post. No living thing was harmed. Some even liked it.
