Tornadoes have nothing to do with CO2

Much is being made of the 80 March tornadoes of 2012. Some climate scientists have weighed in with the opinion that as the world warms earlier tornadoes will become a more frequent occurrence.

What does the data say? Tornadoes are associated with cold weather.
